The Round RHEAT-15MA2 is designed for destroying tanks, self-propelled guns and other armoured vehicles. It can be used for destroying enemy manpower in hasty field, shelters and brick-wall fortifications.

Used with 2A28 Gun mounted on BMP-1, the round is characterized with high accuracy, low dispersion and huge destructive power.

CONSTRUCTION

The Round RHEAT-15MA2 consists of High-Explosive Anti-Tank Grenade GHEAT-9MA2 and Propellant Charge CP-151.

The Grenade GHEAT-9MA2 consists of High-Explosive Anti-Tank warhead with Piezoelectric Fuze AF91 and Sustainer Motor SM-92.
