BTRY BTRY ground station for fiber optic reel

BTRY ENERGY Hall: H2 Stand: H2-D93

The BTRY ENERGY ground station is an energy-efficient solution for stable communication between drone and operator. It supports direct connection to power, controller, and video equipment, delivering a high-quality signal even in field conditions. Its infrastructure is tailored for fiber optic reel integration, ensuring interception-resistant communication via a physical data channel.

Connection Interfaces:

  • XT-60 — Power Connector
Designed for external batteries operating at 8–25 VDC. Enlarged contact area ensures stable power delivery without overheating. Rigid locking mechanism reduces the risk of disconnection during operation.
  • XS1 — Control Interface
Used for connecting the operator’s controller. The XS1 format enables precise synchronization between the station and the drone, eliminating interference common in wireless channels.
  • BNC and RCA-M — Video Outputs
Both connectors transmit video signals from the station to FPV goggles or external monitors.
    • BNC — coaxial connector with a secure lock, resistant to mechanical stress, ideal for field use.
    • RCA-M — classic “tulip” connector, easy to use and compatible with various video devices. Both provide analog video transmission without compression.
  • FC/UPC — Optical Connector
Enables connection to a fiber-optic module. FC with UPC polish ensures low signal loss and stable data transmission over long distances. The threaded coupling provides reliable fixation and field-grade protection against dust and mechanical impact.

Fiber Optic Reels — compatible system components

The fiber optic reel enhances the station’s functionality, maintaining a reliable link between drone and operator over extended distances. Models are available from 2 to 20 km to suit various tasks — from short maneuvers to complex field operations.
