RP-24 MLRS
The RP-24 Multiple Launch Rocket System (MLRS) is a surface-to-air rocket launcher designed to combat low-flying aerial targets such as Unmanned Aireal Vehicles (UAVs). It is the primary threat elimination component in all of our Hard-Kill Counter-UAV solutions (C-UAV). The system utilises a modified, proprietary version of the 57mm S-5 rocket, armed with an air-burst fragmentation (FRAG) warhead with a 20m lethal radius per shot. The launcher tubes feature exclusive patented technology with rifled grooves, increasing both accuracy and effective range dramatically.
Although the ammunition is essentially unguided, the system utilised radar data, processed by our proprietary Machine-Learning (ML) software in conjunction with the warhead’s time-programmable fuse to accurately intercept oncoming threats. The RP-24 can be used as a fixed stationary component in a static defensive grid, mounted on a light armoured combat vehicle, (truck, IFV etc.) or as a towable launcher for quick redeployment. It is a cost-effective air defence solution, utilizing relatively inexpensive munitions.
