Egypt-Homegrown Technology: Talks with Naval Group over ELINT ships TOT

Egypt is said to be in talks with Naval Group for an agreement concerning technical exchange and the transfer of technology (TOT) used to produce electronic intelligence (ELINT) surveillance ships.
Alexandria Shipyard (ASY) and Benha Electronics are said to be involved.
