All personnel working on your stand from 21st November and throughout the show will be required to have a badge. Here are the types of badges available through the Exhibitor Badge Portal:
- Contractor Badge: Contractor badges will only have access during build up times and will not have access to the show during opening hours.
- Exhibitor Badge: all personnel from your company that will be working at the stand
- Service Provider Badge: any personnel working on your stand that will need access during show hours, e.g. stand catering staff, hostesses
- Priority Badge: You can now upgrade any Exhibitor Badge to a Priority Badge* for $550 through the Exhibitor Badge Portal.
- Day 1 Security Pass: Your allocation for Day 1 Security Passes is visible on the Badging Portal. You can nominate your staff for Day 1 access directly through the Exhibitor Badge Portal. All nominations will be submitted for security clearance by the Presidential Guard.
The deadline to register for exhibitor / service staff badges is Wednesday 1st November. Registrations after this date will be accepted but we cannot guarantee security clearance pre-event.
The deadline for submitting Day 1 nominations is 27th October.
Important: Any Priority Badge purchases made after 27th October will still provide all Priority Badge benefits; however, they will not be submitted for security clearance for Day 1 or the Opening Ceremony.
